Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pru14 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Pru14 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in online gambling activities within their local jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full suite of pru14 services, users are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same user may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — including username and password — confidential. pru14 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence. You are required to notify pru14 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

Information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.
Sharing your account or login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users agree to use the pru14 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means or fraud.
Making deposits or withdrawals through unauthorised payment methods or third-party accounts without permission.
Impersonating another user or representing an unauthorised party.
Distributing content that is offensive, misleading, or harmful to other users.
Attempting to access data or systems you are not authorised to use.

Pru14 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension or closure — against any user found to be in violation of these rules.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the pru14 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including approved local online banking and e-wallet options.

The payment-related terms are as follows:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set within the platform and may change from time to time.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or payment method registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed.
Pru14 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed certain limits.
Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. pru14 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Any activity suspected to involve financial fraud or money laundering may result in account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Pru14 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised account access caused by a user's own negligence. Users access this platform at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pru14 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of pru14 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any content without prior written permission from pru14.

Account Suspension & Closure

Pru14 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a self-exclusion request by the user, or for internal operational reasons. Any remaining balance in an account closed for valid reasons will be returned to the user upon completion of identity verification, subject to applicable limits and conditions.

Third-Party Links

The pru14 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. pru14 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Pru14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed settlement processes or, where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
